I am a wife and boy mom-one human and two golden retrievers. When I am not teaching Lagree/Climb or being a super FUN accountant, I love to be outside with my boys and catching up with family and friends. My favorite TV show is Ted Lasso and my favorite saying right now is "Being Kind is FREE!".
Favorite Mega Move: Bungie (sorry NOT sorry:)
What kind of music will you hear in my class? Definitely a mix of pop and country-and dancing/singing along is encouraged.
Fun Fact: I am also a former D1 college basketball player. I also stood in the rain for HOURS to see Taylor Swift in Nashville!

I am a minimalist who is passionate about my people: my grandbaby, my husband, our golden doodle and 6 kids, all young adults (heaven help me). I also enjoy my own sewing business which fosters my creativity. I am an avid hiker and love pushing my body to new limits.
Favorite Mega Move: Rise & Shine, a move with a sweet name that packs a punch!
What kind of music will we hear in your class? What you will NEVER hear in my class is country!
Fun Fact: I lived in Africa for 18 months

I am a lifelong Spokane resident and have lived and worked within an 8 mile radius of the hospital I was born in. Spokane will forever be my home and I love it!
Favorite Mega Move: any version of Bear.
What kind of music will you hear in my class? Mostly country with some rock sprinkled in.
Fun Fact: Even though it might seem like it, I do NOT drink coffee in the morning;)

I am a new first time homeowner and am learning ALL the adventures that brings with it. My wife and two dogs keep me on my toes. I love backpacking/hiking and have had many adventures living in Southeast Asia, and finding my opportunites here as well.
Favorite Mega Move: Single Leg Dead Lift
What kind of music will you hear in my class? Mostly classic rock or grunge.
Fun Fact: I lived and taught in Asia for a total of 10 years before returning to the US. This is where I met my wife, who was also teaching in South Korea at the time.

I am an interior designer and recently started my own business. You could call me a fashionista and a Diet Coke fanatic-don't ever ask me to give it up!

A fun fact about me: I have an Aussiedoodle named Frankie, after the book Frankenstein

I am currently in school to become a dental hygienist. Lagree has been a staple in my life to give me a break from the stress of school.
My favorite Lagree move: BEAR,-because it works your legs, arms, and core !
What kind of music will you hear in my class? Mostly Pop with a bit of country sprinkled in.
A fun fact about me: I grew up doing gymnastics!

I am a lion tamer (teen daughter), a dog mom and a wife. In the summer you can find me spending as much time as I can at the river.

What kind of music will you hear in my class? Mostly 80's music
Fun Fact: I used to want to be a fighter pilot, now I am terrified of flying.

I am a wife and mom to three amazing kids. As a family we love to play volleyball, and I coach my son's Club Team. I love to travel and spend time at the lake with friends and family. I am a Real Estate Broker and serve on the Joya Foundation Board.

Fun Fact: I went to college in New York and played volleyball.

I am a current student at Gonzaga finishing up my third and final year of law school (bar prep here I come!) I have always loved being active and being outdoors with family and friends while we explore the great Pacific Northwest, whether that’s near my hometown of Gig Harbor, or in Spokane. The most rewarding thing about teaching Lagree is seeing my students push themselves and reach their goals.
Favorite Lagree move: Escalator Lunge because of its simple yet challenging reality.
What kind of music will you hear in my class? You’ll find an array of country music, pop, and a mix of feel good oldies!
Fun fact: in high school I won a scholarship for choreography that I created for our musical theatre program!
