One private 1 on 1 session designed to help familiarize you with the studio, the methods we teach, and discussing any concerns you have for prior injuries, potential modifications and overall confidence in entering the small group class setting. We will cover basic body positioning, maneuvering around the machines safely and what things are most important to focus on when getting started in either Lagree, climb or both. We will also book your 2 group classes at appropriate classes at the completion of the private session. Intro Offer includes a 1-1 goal setting session to help you get the most out of your time at MDRNFITNESS!
